Just in time for the Holidays, we are now proud to offer Custom Birth Mother gifts and Birth Family Gifts. These can be ordered with a photo of your child and custom text, or using the text we have provided. Each design is meaningful, unique and can be customized for your child's Birth Family.  These are perfect for Christmas, birthday's and visits with your Child's Birth Family.

Birth Family Gifts can be ordered as a "design only" (you receive a file to print yourself), or as a photo print (we offer 5x7 or 8x10), or as a standout board (8x12). A standout board is a photograph of the design mounted on a 1.5 inch thick, lightweight Gatorfoam edged with black trim. These make a beautiful gift and come ready to hang.

The Shoppe at Forever Family Designs

We have had a lot going on behind the scenes at Forever Family Designs... In October I have been faithfully working away at profiles, and have been notified by four families that hey have been matched or brought their babies home! Congratulations to all the new families! I was also able to get away for a few days to a photoshop conference which was a great experience both for inspiration and learning some great new tricks. We have also brought on a new designer, Megan Caston and are excited to see all the new designs she is working on.

Our super exciting news is that I have also been hard at work on a new website, and shoppe! Welcome our newest designer Megan Caston

We are pleased to welcome Megan Caston to our design team!

Megan and her husband, Jeff, are the parents of three beautiful girls. When not designing Announcement, Cards, and custom Birth Mother gifts,  you will find Megan digital scrapbooking, sewing/crafting new projects, decorating her home and others, baking yummy treats or hosting a get together. Megan and Jeff are personally touched and blessed by adoption; they are very close with their nephew who came home through domestic adoption.  Megan has a great eye for design, and we are very excited to have her join our team and look forward to the diversity she will bring with her design. We were contacted by Samuel's mom to design a custom photo adoption announcement for him. They were leaving later that week to meet him in China and bring him home. We were happy to create a custom design that reflected his past and his future. Welcome home Samuel!

Wedding Invitation

Due to a very busy May including 4 adoption profiles, a wonderful weekend away to the coast, a trip to the big city to have wedding dress shop with my newly engaged sister and my birthday... the blog has been woefully neglected. The summer does not seem to be slowing at all; profile designs booked into August, a wedding and family vacation in July, and best of all my husband (a teacher) is off for the summer :)

I was honored to design the invitations for my sister's wedding, we are so excited to welcome her husband to be into our family! Thank you to blink photography for allowing us to use their amazing photos in the invites.

These were designed as a 5x5 tri-fold card and they were printed on linen paper.

David and Melissa welcomed home their precious newborn girl one month after submitting their profile. We are so happy for you guys, enjoy every precious moment!

Affordable Adoption Profile Binding

When you contract with Forever Family Designs LLC to design your adoption profile you will receive a PDF of your completed profile which you may have printed an bound any way you choose. Many of our clients prefer that we assist them in printing and binding their adoption profile. We have two different options on our website, the first is hand-bound profiles which we have discussed in a previous post. Our newest adoption profile binding option is professionally printed soft cover profiles.

We offer professionally printed soft cover adoption profiles. These are more affordable especially if your adoption agency requires many copies. The printer we use does great work, and there will not be any logos on the cover or inside pages. The binding is sewn rather than glued which makes them very durable. They are also lightweight and easy to mail but present much nicer than printed pages in sheet protectors. For pricing and more information, please check out our website by clicking here. If you are considering working with us to design your adoption profile...

We have had quite a few adoption profile design inquiries as of late, and just wanted to let you all know we are currently completely booked through May 5th. If you are considering using our services to design your adoption profile, please feel free to contact us anytime to reserve your spot after the 5th of May . You can view our openings on the calendar page of our website here.

We prefer to schedule two weeks to work on your profile, during this time you will be our only profile design client. If you have dates you would like to request we can send you our contract and put you on our calendar. The cost to hold your spot is $250 ($125 is non refundable if you change your mind). The additional half of the design fee is due when you are approve the final proof of your custom adoption profile design.

If you do contact us to reserve your spot we will send you a list of all the photos and documents we will need to begin designing your profile. This way you will be prepared and ready to go on your start date.

Adoption Profile Website

I just finished a profile for an amazing woman who is going to be a wonderful mom. After I completed the profile, I designed a matching blog background and created a custom blog/website for her adoption profile (you can check it out at http://sandisprofile.blogspot.com). Sandi will be able to email her blog to family and friends and network, it is a great way to get your name out and expand your reach beyond your adoption agency.

Modern Birth Announcements

Here is a sneak peak at some new modern baby announcement designs we have been working on... stay tuned there will be more to follow. These designs may be ordered as a one sided design and printed as a photograph, or both sides may be customized and printed on high quality press printed card stock. We also have a design only option if you prefer to receive the JPG and print the cards yourself. I had a friend ask if I could design a custom valentine for her girls, her request was that it was pink and bright and said "sisters are forever". I really enjoy doing custom designs and really creating the card or announcement around the photo(s) I am given. Happy Valentines Day!

Congratulations Brett and Jess

We have fallen behind on our blogging lately mostly due to working diligently on back to back profiles (which doesn't seem to be letting up for a while) and a very important wedding in our family. We don't usually do personal posts on this blog, but we want to say a Huge congratulations to Brett and our newest family member Jessica. We are so happy for you both!

Here are a few photos from the wedding, they were taken by Lloyd Smith. The wedding flowers were done by a Sam Bronson of Bend Bouquets, she did a beautiful job! And finally the adorable ring bearers are our boys, and the beautiful flower girl is our niece. :) Jess you looked absolutely amazing!
