Website Changes and Congrats!

We have been slacking on our blog updates lately, mostly due to being hard at work on last minute Christmas Card orders. I hope you all enjoy your cards, I sent the last few orders off late last night. We have a few updates…

First we would like to congratulate S and C on being matched, it happened so fast we did not even have a chance to post a few of their pages on our blog first. We should have them up as an example on our website soon.

Second I got the opportunity to design a wedding invitation for my brother and soon to be sister-in-law… Jess we cannot wait to have you in our family!

Third we have a couple new features on our website. We now have a cart in our galleries so if you see an announcement/card design you like you can add it to your cart, select the quantity and printing format, and checkout through PayPal. We also added an uploading feature so you can upload your photos to us with rather than emailing them. If you would like to order an adoption profile design, we prefer you email or phone us so we can answer all your questions and schedule your time.

Sibling Adoption Announcement

This adoption announcement was custom designed for this gorgeous family who adopted their two adorable children from foster care. Stacie Wenzel (Wenzel Photography) took these great photos which really makes the card stand out. Jeremy and Stacie, Congratulations on your Forever Family!

Football Baby Announcement

I have taken a break from holiday cards to create a football baby announcement. It has been inspired by the many, many hours we have spent watching the sport this season, and is a tribute to our own Oregon State Beavers who are currently leading the Pac-10. This one is for all those dads who cannot wait to announce the arrival of their newest future football star!

The first 2 options are high quality press printed products, while the front only option is printed as a photograph. They all come with envelopes. Congratulations on Being Chosen!

I got a great opportunity a few weeks ago to actually meet with one of the couples I was designing an adoption profile for. It was a wonderful experience to get to meet face to face and get an even better understanding of who they where and how to best reflect their style and personalities in the profile. I got to meet with Kerrie again when I delivered the profiles to her and we were able to chat even more, and I am so glad to be able to call her a friend. I was beyond excited this evening when I received an email from her telling me she and Dave had been chosen by an expectant mom after only waiting two weeks! Congratulations Dave and Kerrie, we are so excited for you!

Baby Announcement on a Canvas

My sister-in-law liked her son's announcement so much that we had it printed onto a canvas so she could hang it in his nursery. The canvas turned out great, I would be happy to offer this as a special order item, here is how it looks:

Camo Rocker Adoption Announcement

This family just adopted their adorable little guy, Luke, and he made the announcment so cute I asked to post it on my blog. When Luke's mom contacted me about designing the announcement she liked the design on one announcment and the camo paper on another. She also wanted to use the guitar as little Luke's daddy is a guitarist. So we put all the pieces together, used their custom text and this was the result.

Hand Bound Adoption Profiles

We just finished binding these profiles and I am looking forward to delivering them this week. We matted the pages on two different high quality textured papers and bound them with ribbon, they came out absolutely beautiful. They are thick and sturdy, similar to a hard bound copy, yet they have the softness only a handmade touch can bring. Good luck on your adoption journey Dave and Kerrie, we can't wait to hear your good news!!!

We designed and completed E and L's adoption profile just 2 weeks ago and sent it into their agency. We recieved an email today saying they have already been chosen by an expectant mom. Congratulations, we are so happy for you guys!!!
